In case you skipped the "About" page, this is probably the best place to land. Welcome to the Quick-Reference Guide for the rest of this archive and how it works. There's plenty to explore within the pages and catergories and it's easy to get lost so let's go through it one item at a time.
Welcome!
This is the landing page for the website, it is embedded from the Internet Archive, otherwise known as the Wayback Machine, and is an exact copy of what the website looked like as of March 9, 2008. Like the rest of the archived websites you'll find on here, it has mostly-intact functionality, and most of the links still work. Feel free to navigate here and play around to see what you can find.
About and Guide Pages
The only pages on this website I can ensure are my own work (though I did re-use some image assets from the original website for the background). The About page gives a short introduction to the park and this website, and the guide is of course what you are reading now!
News Articles
A collection of news articles and videos from various local and regional news networks I have compiled for convenience. They are organized by eras and important events to make it easier to find what you may be looking for.
Website Archive
As with the welcome page, this is a collection of what are essentially digital snapshots of the website throughout the park's operating years. These embedded webpages are taken from the Internet Archive/Wayback Machine and still have copyrights pertaining to Herschend Family Entertainment. I don't hold any ownership of them, nor do I claim to. Also be aware that as you navigate, some links may be from different eras than the front page you started on as the archive will try to redirect you to a functioning version of the page you may be looking for. So while the front pages are labelled accurately, as you explore and click through, subpages may not be. For more precise and advanced archive navigation, I have linked the homepage of the Celebration City Website history on the Wayback Machine at the bottom of the list.
Photos
Collections of Photographs from the Park. Collections are labelled as accurately as possible, and creators are credited at the bottom of each gallery page. Some of these are taken from other pages and compiled here for ease and thus are not under my ownership. Keep that in mind before redistributing.
Videos
A collection of documentaries, urban exploration videos, POVs, and other visual media produced by the park and a number of independent content creators. Most videos are from Youtube and thus have the original creator or poster already credited. As an extra precaution, credit for each video is given in a footnote at the bottom of each video's page.
Documents
This is a collection of documents pertaining to the park such as park maps, brochures and other official/unofficial written media, where each document was found is credited next to the link.
